Clutch Machining
We offer Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Can-Am, primary clutch machining. The machining improves bottom end power, without loosing any top end speed. Some models even gain top end speed. Improved belt life on Kawasaki and Can-Am. Also allows for better shift rate. Depending on the model, the clutch machining is $200 - $300 CAD (Roughly $147 - $221 USD).
Yamaha 700 Water pump machining
Is your Yamaha 700 ATV or UTV running hot? We machine the Yamaha 700 water pump covers to prevent cavitation. The factory water pumps have too much clearance from the impeller to the cover. This causes cavitation and the coolant not to circulate properly. Without proper circulation the engine will run hot. By machining the cover, it brings the clearances tighter so it will pump the coolant properly and get cooled by the radiator. $75 CAD
Dyno services
We can dyno your ATV, snowmobile, dirt bike, and do fuel and ignition tuning or just simply see what hp your engine has. When doing fuel tuning we can hold throttle position while fluctuating rpm or vise verse to properly tune every section of the map. This service will also tell you what rpm your engine is making peak power so you can adjust clutching to the proper rpm. $150/Hr CAD (Roughly $111/Hr USD)
Flow Bench Testing
We can flow bench test your heads and intake to see on gains after head porting. When we port and polish heads or intakes we run them on the flow bench to ensure each cylinder will flow the same. We can also flow test exhaust pipes to check if it is too restrictive for the engine. Contact for pricing.
Piston Machining
We can machine pistons for compression ratio, deeper valve pockets, and valve pocket angle. $60 CAD (Roughly $44 USD) each piston.
Cylinder Boring/Resleeving
We can bore cylinders to the next size over or if bored all the way we can resleeve to standard bore.
Boring $150 CAD (Roughly $111 USD) each cylinder.
Resleeve $250 CAD (Roughly $184USD) each cylinder.
Crank Rebuilding
Since 2001 we have offered a crank rebuilding service that we do in house.

Head/Cylinder Porting
Over the years we have learned what works for head porting, wheather it's for a 4-stroke or 2-stroke engine. Call for pricing.
Throttle Body Boring
We can bore the throttle body on your Can-Am. We can bore the 46mm to 51mm and 54mm to 59mm. Shipping of customers throttle body required. $250 CAD (Roughly $184 USD)
Engine Building
If your not comfortable in rebuilding your engine, no worries we can do it for you. We have the expertise in rebuilding and modifying engines. Anywhere from stock to full out mod, the engine is in good hands with us. $120/hr (Roughly $88/Hr USD)
